Foreword

This guidance document references the CAC/RCP 53-2003 Hygienic Standard for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.

This Guidance Document is proposed and managed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

1 Scope

This Guidance Document provides for the export vegetable cultivation, harvesting, processing, packaging, storage and transportation, inspection, tracing, product recall, record keeping Holding and other technical requirements related to vegetable quality and safety.

The guidance of technical documents applicable to all types of export vegetable enterprises in the vegetable base cultivation, harvesting, processing, packaging, storage and transportation, Inspection, traceability, product recall, record keeping and other aspects of safety and quality control.

3 Terms and definitions
