Foreword

This document is a standard or guiding technical document.

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is Part 2 of GB/T 217 "Aviation Electronics Process Management - Management Plan". GB/T 217 has been published as follows.

part.

---Part 2.Preparation and Maintenance of the Electronic Commercial Spot Components Management Plan

This document is equivalent to IEC TS62239-2.2017 "Aeronautical Electronics Process Management - Management Plan - Part 2.Electronic Commercial Spot".

The document type of "Preparation and Maintenance of Component Management Plan" has been changed from an IEC technical specification to a national standardization guidance technical document of my country.

The following minimal editorial changes have been made to this document.

---Correction to the term "singleeventeffect" in section 3.1.40;

---Corrections to the abbreviations "BoM" and "PCA" in section 3.2;

---Corrections to the notes in Appendix B.

Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents.

This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Avionics Process Management (SAC/TC427).

Introduction

GB/T 217 "Avionics Process Management Management Plan" specifies the technical requirements for the preparation and maintenance of avionics product management plans.

The management requirements are proposed to consist of two parts.

---Part 1.Preparation and Maintenance of Electronic Component Management Plans. The aim is to address the management of electronic equipment in aerospace applications.

Manufacturers, subcontractors, repair shops, and other users of aerospace components should develop an Electronic Component Management Plan (ECMP) to ensure...

The selection and application of all electronic components in the protection equipment are carried out under a controlled process adapted to the final application.

---Part 2.Preparation and Maintenance of Electronic Commercial Off-the-Shelf Component Management Programs. This program is designed for aerospace, defense, and high-performance applications.

(ADHP) Application Areas. Integration and Management of Electronic Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Components Used in Electronic Systems; Development of Electronic Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Components.

Use Cash Component Management Programs (CAMPs).

This document contains the requirements for developing an electronic commercial off-the-shelf component management plan to ensure that users are confident in the plan's responsibility regarding all equipment.

Electronic commercial off-the-shelf components are selected and applied through a controlled process and meet the technical requirements detailed in this document. Typically, electronic commercial off-the-shelf...

The responsible parties for the component management program are original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators in the aerospace, defense, and high-performance electronics industries.

The goal is to define and document procedures as needed to ensure the suitability of commercially available off-the-shelf components selected for electronic systems.
