3.2

4 Basic Requirements

4.1 No violations of laws or regulations related to safety, quality, or environmental protection have occurred in the past three years.

4.2 The park should effectively implement the relevant laws, regulations, industrial policies and standards on green, low-carbon and recycling issued by the state and local governments.

4.3 Enterprises within the industrial park should ensure stable and compliant emissions of pollutants, and the total emissions of key pollutants should be strictly controlled within the national and local total emission limits.

4.4 Enterprises within the industrial park shall not use outdated production technologies, processes, and equipment listed in the national elimination catalogue, nor shall they produce products listed in the national elimination catalogue.
