GB/Z 17215.669-2022 — This document describes how ERP systems or third-party systems exchange information with metering systems in utility business applications. special In particular, this technical specification covers information exchange messages of CIM-based ERP or third-party systems and DLMS/COSEM-based Mapping between quantitative systems. A typical metering system will consist of a Head-End System (HES) and some end equipment such as (energy) meters and rate and load controls equipment. There may be intermediate devices in the metering system, such as the NNAP (Community Network) described in the smart metering system of IEC 62056-1-0 Access Point) and LNAP (Local Network Access Point). These intermediate devices are outside the scope of this technical specification. The codes are mapped to OBIS (Object Identification System) codes specified in IEC 62056-6-1. Sometimes the structure of CIM model and COSEM model is different, in this case it is not possible to provide OBIS code and CIM data class One-to-one mapping between type codes. Introduction

At present, energy conservation, emission reduction, low-carbon, environmental protection and the establishment of a sustainable society have become a global consensus. Countries are actively building regional energy

management system to promote the efficient and scientific use of energy. On this basis, IEC /TC57, TC13 and EN/TC294 jointly established

DLMS/COSEM energy measurement system transmission protocol, in which the electric energy part is defined by IEC 62056 "Electrical measurement data exchange DLMS/

COSEM Components" was completed, and the non-electric part was completed by EN13757 "Instrument Communication System". In order to establish a global unified and open interoperability

As a result, countries around the world have successively transformed IEC 62056 into their own national standards. my country converts IEC 62056-XY into

GB/T 17215.6XY.

To improve energy efficiency, better manage grid assets, integrate distributed generation, engage customers in demand response and promote deregulation

The energy market operation of the company is developing and deploying smart grids, smart metering systems and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) globally. intelligent

The metering system is an integral part of the smart grid, therefore, to achieve a smooth connection between the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and the metering terminal

And secure communication is very important.

IEC /TC57 has developed a data model and information exchange protocol based on CIM (Common Information Model), which is used for ERP integration and power grid applications.

In particular, IEC 61968-9 also deals with meter reading and control message sets.

IEC /TC13 has developed a standard for electric energy measurement and control equipment (including front-end system HES, terminal device and intermediate data concentrator device)

In the document, it is assumed that the mapping between CIM and DLMS/COSEM is performed in the metering head-end system HES. if based on
