GB/T 9999.2-2018 — This part of GB/T 9999 specifies the structure, distribution and use rules, display position and method of the Chinese serial serial number. And related metadata and system management and maintenance. This section applies to the continuous resources of any carrier published in the People's Republic of China, including traditional periodicals, newspapers, and annual publications. Serials and other serial publications also include more generalized continuous resources, that is, continuous distribution on any carrier without prior determination of the end time. Publications. Each Chinese serial serial number is unique to a particular serial or other continuum on a particular carrier. Identifier. Foreword
The GB/T 9999 "China Standard Serial Number" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. CN;
--- Part 2. ISSN.
This section is Part 2 of GB/T 9999.
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section partially replaces the ISSN section of the international standard serial number of GB/T 9999-2001 "China Standard Serial Number".
The main changes compared to GB/T 9999-2001 are as follows.
--- Delete "2 citation criteria";
--- Replace "3 definitions" with "2 terms and definitions";
---Increase the terminology "2.1 Continuity Resources", "2.3 Existing Integration Resources", "2.5 ISSN Central Networks", and "2.6 ISSN
"China National Center", "2.8 China Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Metadata", "2.9 China Standard Serial Number"
(ISSN) Registration Library;
--- Change the "4 Chinese Standard Serial Number Structure" to "3 Chinese Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Structure".
The "International Standard Serial Number" and "One Domestic Unified Serial Number" are replaced by "Chinese Standard Continuous Publishing".
The item number (ISSN) consists of the prefix ISSN and 8 digits.";
--- Delete "4.2 National Unified Serial Number";
--- Increase "5 establishment of identification title";
--- Increase "6 ISSN Association (ISSN-L)";
--- Change "5 printing format and position" to "7 China Standard Serial Number (ISSN) display position and format", delete
