Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 9581-2002 "carbon black feedstock ethylene tar."

The main changes in the standard of GB/T 9581-2002 compared as follows.

--- Note to Chapter 1, first mentioned in the text of the warning;

--- Warnings added to the environmental impact of note;

--- Remove the obsolete standard "YB/T 5175" Determination of carbon black "raw oil distillation range" (see 2002 edition of Chapter 2);

--- Increasing the normative references "GB/T 18255 coking sticky oil products - Determination of distillation range" (see Chapter 2);

--- Increase in the content of Chapter 7 (see Chapter 7).

The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the ethylene tar technical requirements, test methods, sampling, inspection rules, storage, transportation, labeling and safety requirements.

This standard applies to the carbon black feedstock ethylene tar.

3 Technical requirements

Ethylene tar technical indicators should be consistent with Table 1.

4 Test method

4.1 Determination of moisture content by GB/T 2288 carried out.

4.2 Determination of Density according to GB/T 2281 carried out.

4.3 Determination of atmospheric distillation range according to GB/T 18255 performed.
