Foreword
GB/T 9387 "Information technology - Open Systems Interconnection - Basic Reference Model" is currently divided into four parts.
--- Part 1. The basic model;
--- Part 2. Security Architecture;
--- Part 3. Naming and addressing;
--- Part 4. Management framework.
This part identical with ISO/IEC 7498-3:1997 "Information technology - Open Systems Interconnection - Basic Reference Model - Part 3. life Name and addressing ", only editorial changes.
This Part replaces GB/T 9387.3-1995 "Information processing systems - Open Systems Interconnection - Basic Reference Model - Part 3. Naming and addressing. " this section proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Information Industry.
This part of the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee centralized.
This section drafted by. Ministry of Information Industry Institute of Electronics Industry Standardization.
Introduction
This section extends the concept of the identifier 9387.1-1998 GB/T described the basic architecture.
This section GB/T 9387 statement of an architecture guidelines for interconnection purposes in the OSI environment (OSIE) rather any object identification involves the development of (name) and location (addressing) standard, should follow this section.
This section is flexible enough to accommodate the expansion of advances in technology and user requirements, which allow flexibility also means that existing Achieve a gradual transition to the OSI standard.
Note 1. This section is expected to obey in the future, especially with the entity data transmission Multi-peer (MPDT) consistent.
Construction standards system in this section set forth in order to ensure that any one of the OSIE interconnection purposes related to object identification and location What national standards will.
a) avoid any restrictions in the following areas.
1) function may appear in the current or future national and international standards;
2) function for any real open system;
3) Internal any real open system design.
b) remain in the middle OSIE independence standards. That is an internal function layer is not any other layer of restrictions.
c) Reserved achieve independence guidelines OSIE GB/T 9387.1-1998 described in 4.2. That is, any real open system (Or manager) will not need to know that other real open system (or manager) to achieve the design, there is no need to expose themselves to the realization of set Count as a condition of using the OSI standard for communication.
d) in OSIE single standard in order to allow the interconnection support savings, especially that arising in the framework of this section shall be illustrated in OSIE facilitate the interconnection required to identify and locate objects, so that in performance, reliability and integrity aspects Achieve adequate standards and reduce manual administration.
In this section, for the naming and addressing OSIE description done step by step.
Note 2. The demand for OSIE naming and addressing, and the definition of 9387.1-1998 GB/T inadequate in this section gives a clear fundamental Architecture.
