Introduction
This document is Part 16 of GB/T 8152 "Methods for Chemical Analysis of Lead Concentrates", which is a supplement and improvement to this series of standards.
GB/T 8152 "Methods for Chemical Analysis of Lead Concentrates" revised and released 10 methods in.2006 (2 methods for the determination of bismuth in the 1987 edition continued Reservation, a total of 12 methods), and then considering the needs of environmental protection and production control, in.2017, the 13th part of the method for determination of thallium was released, in In.2019, Part 14 for the determination of silica content was published, and in May 2021, Part 15 for the determination of soluble lead content was published.
In addition, the release of the new method for the determination of calcium oxide content and the subsequent inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to be added are more Elemental determination methods will improve the ease of use and applicability of the standard. In addition, the determination of antimony content in lead concentrates can refer to the national regulations issued in 2020.
National standardization guiding technical document GB /Z 39124-2020 "Determination of Antimony Content in Lead Concentrate Chemical Analysis Method" Cerium Sulfate Titration Method.

4 Method summary
The sample is dissolved with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid. In the dilute hydrochloric acid medium, a certain amount of strontium chloride is added to suppress interfering elements.
Air-acetylene flame, at the wavelength of 422.7nm atomic absorption spectrometer, measure the absorbance of calcium, and calculate the content of calcium oxide by working curve method.
