This section GB/T 57672 Part of.

This section identical with IEC 60317-33:1990 "Standard winding wires - Part 33. Temperature 200 index of glass package, resin or paint adhesion bare or enamelled copper flat line "the first and second edition No. 1 amendments (1997) and No. 2 amendments (2005).

For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

--- Remove the IEC 60317-33:1990 Introduction and Foreword;

--- Chapter 2 applicable to the use of standard quotations removed IEC 60317-33:1990 quotations.

For IEC 60317-33:1990 amendments No. 1 (1997) and No. 2 amendments (2005), the contents of which have been incorporated into the text, and They are involved in terms of the margin with a vertical double identity.

1 Scope

GB/T 7672 provisions of this part of the temperature index 200, impregnated, bare copper flat wire and impregnated, bare or Grade 2 paint film thickness Copper flat wire package requirements. Wherein varnish, for example, polyester imide or silicone varnish.

Note. For this type of wire, thermal shock test is not applicable, the thermal shock temperature unspecified, and therefore can not be specified index based on temperature and thermal shock temperature requirements grade.

Enameled one based on the following criteria, and supply and demand should be negotiated.

--- GB/T 7095.4 flat enamelled winding wires - Part 4. 180 polyester enamelled copper flat wire;

--- GB/T 7095.6 flat enamelled winding wires - Part 6.200 polyester or polyester-imide/polyamide-imide enamelled copper Flat line;

--- IEC 60317-30 standard types of winding wires - Part 30. 220 Polyimide enamelled copper flat wire.

Enameled wire used, its lowest heat level should be 180.

Impregnated, bare wire, temperature index depends on the type of varnish used. The varnish impregnated glass fiber preferably has a minimum temperature of 200 index.

Around the cladding thickness is divided into four categories.

--- GL1. on a bare conductor wrapped single glass;

--- GL2. bare conductor wrapped in double glass;

--- Grade2GL1. On level 2 film thickness single wire wrapped glass;

--- Grade2GL2. On level 2 film thickness wire wrapped double glass.

Glass cladding can be.

a) a single glass envelope;

b) In contrast double glass envelope, two fiber wound direction.

Conductor nominal size range specified in this standard are.

--- Broadside size. minimum 2.00mm, maximum 16.00mm;

--- Narrow size. minimum 0.80mm, maximum 5.60mm.
