GB/T 6609.22 alumina chemical analysis methods and determination of physical performance sampling (GB/T 6609.22-2004, ISO 2927. 1973, MOD)

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

A certain quality of alumina into a special funnel, outflow total time of sample measurement.

4 Instrument

4.1 Instrument

Usually manual or automatic measuring device measurement, automatic measurement apparatus shown in Figure 1.

1 Automatic flow time measurement device

4.2 Funnel

Figure 2 stainless steel funnel. The device outlet diameter of 3.95mm ~ 4mm of wear-resistant stainless steel. The diameter calibrated.

When using the funnel unoxidized need to dry clean, otherwise the flow of time can not be repeated.

Note. regular use is the best way to clean the hopper.
