This part is the 19th part of GB/T 5170.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 5170.19-2005 "Electrical and electronic products environmental test equipment basic parameters verification method temperature/vibration (positive Chord) Comprehensive Test Equipment", compared with GB/T 5170.19-2005, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- For ease of use, repeat some of the terms and definitions in GB/T 5170.1 (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.6, 3.7, 3.10);

--- Deleted the original Chapter 4 "Verification Project" and changed to "Feature Requirements" (see Chapter 4);

--- GB/T 2423.10, GB/T 2423.35, GB/T 2423.36 "test equipment" does not stipulate the relevant requirements of the inspection items from this Partial adjustment, and correspondingly remove the requirements of the relevant measuring instruments;

--- Added the chapter "Measurement Uncertainty" (see Chapter 6);

--- For ease of use, the environmental conditions at the time of the specific test are listed (see 7.1);

--- Added the chapter "General Provisions" (see Chapter 8);

--- For ease of use, the steps, formulas and results processing of each test item are listed (see Chapter 9);

--- According to the requirements of GB/T 5170.1, the "inspection report should include at least the following information" (see Chapter 10);

--- Added Appendix A "Description of Measurement Uncertainty in Inspection".

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 5170 specifies the characteristics and requirements of temperature, vibration (sinusoidal) comprehensive test equipment (hereinafter referred to as test equipment). Measuring instrument, measurement uncertainty, inspection load, inspection condition, inspection method, inspection result, inspection period.

This part applies to GB/T 2423.35, GB/T 2423.36 and GB/T 2424.22 temperature (low temperature, high temperature), vibration (sinusoidal) synthesis Inspection of test equipment. This section also applies to inspections of similar test equipment.
