1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to ensure the quality of installation of mining
machinery and equipment.
1.0.2 This standard applies to the installation and quality acceptance of mechanical
equipment and mining electrical equipment for new, rebuilt, expanded ferrous mines such as mining, long-distance continuous transport, stacking and reclaiming, crushing and sieving, grinding and classifying, separation, dewatering, etc.
1.0.3 The requirements for installation quality in engineering technical documents, contracts, etc. for the installation of mining machinery and equipment shall not be lower than the requirements of this standard.
1.0.4 In addition to complying with the requirements of this standard, the installation
and quality acceptance of mining machinery and equipment projects shall also comply with the requirements of the relevant national standards in force.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Magnetic separation
A separation method that uses the magnetic difference of mineral materials to achieve separation.
2.0.2 Flotation
A separation method, that uses the buoyancy of bubbles to separate materials from slurry, based on the differences in physical and chemical properties of granular mineral materials.
2.0.3 Gravity separation
A separation method, that uses different densities of granular mineral materials to show different movement speeds and trajectories, under the action of air, water, emulsion and other media and mechanical forces.
2.0.4 Tubular belt conveyor
Also known as tube-type belt conveyor and round tube belt conveyor. The receiving and discharging sections are the same as those of the belt conveyor. The cross section of the transport section is a closed hexagonal roller, which forces the belt to form a nearly circular shape, so that the material can be transported in a closed tubular belt without pollution or leakage. At the same time, horizontal and vertical turns can be realized; the upper and lower belts can transport materials in both directions at the same time.
3 Basic requirements
3.1 Installation
3.1.1 The construction site shall have corresponding construction technical standards, a sound quality management system, quality control and inspection system, as well as technical documents such as construction program, construction plan, operation design approved by the technical person in charge.
3.1.2 Design changes shall be accompanied by a design change notice or technical
verification signature certificate.
3.1.3 Construction quality inspection and acceptance shall use measuring instruments
that have been verified and calibrated.
3.1.4 Special operations personnel must pass the examination and obtain a certificate
of qualification; perform construction work within the scope of the qualified examination items and their approval.
3.1.5 Mining equipment installation projects shall comply with the following
requirements.
1 Handover inspection shall be carried out between related disciplines and records shall be formed;
2 After each process is completed, it shall be checked and recorded. The next process shall not be carried out without inspection and approval of the previous process.
3.1.6 The construction organization shall notify the relevant organizations of the
acceptance of the secondary grouting of equipment and other concealed works before concealment; form acceptance documents.
3.2 Quality acceptance
3.2.1 Construction quality acceptance shall be carried out according to sub-projects, division projects, unit projects on the premise that the construction organization has

2 Quality control records shall be complete;
3 The equipment unit has passed the no-load test run.
3.2.4 The acceptance of the quality of the unit project shall meet the following
requirements.
1 The quality of all division projects included in the unit project has been accepted;
2 Quality control records shall be complete;
3 The equipment has passed the no-load linkage test run;
4 The visual quality has been accepted.
3.2.5 The visual quality inspection items of unit project shall comply with the following provisions.
1 Bolts, nuts, and washers shall be fully configured according to the design. After tightening, the bolts shall be exposed from the nuts or flush with the nuts; the exposed threads shall be free of damage; the bolt insertion direction shall be consistent except for structural reasons;
2 The seal shall not leak oil, water or air;
3 The pipeline laying layout shall be reasonable, neatly arranged, beautiful;
4 The layer thickness of the sound insulation and thermal insulation materials shall be uniform; the binding shall be firm; the surface shall be flat;
5 The paint coating shall be uniform, without holiday, peeling, obvious wrinkles and
bubbles; the color shall be basically consistent;
6 Walkways, ladders, railings shall be firmly fixed without obvious appearance
defects;
7 The weld ripples shall be uniform; the welding slag and spatter shall be basically
cleaned;
8 There shall be no slag at the cut;
9 The equipment shall be free of defects; the exposed processing surface shall be well protected;
10 The cables shall be laid neatly and tied in accordance with the requirements;
11 The equipment shall be installed neatly and the surface paint shall be intact;
12 The construction site management shall be orderly; there shall be no construction debris around the equipment;
13 The random inspection of inspection items shall not be less than 10.
3.2.6 The quality acceptance record of the installation project shall comply with the following provisions.
1 The quality acceptance record of the sub-project shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix A of this standard;
2 The quality acceptance record of the division project shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix B of this standard;
3 The quality acceptance record of the unit project shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix C of this standard;
4 The record of the equipment no-load test run shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix D of this standard.
3.2.7 If the construction quality does not meet the requirements, it shall be handled or reworked in time and re-accepted.
3.2.8 If the project does not meet the requirements and still cannot meet the safety requirements after treatment or rework, it shall not be accepted.
3.2.9 The quality acceptance procedure of the installation project shall comply with the following provisions.
1 The supervision engineer or the project technical person in charge of the building organization shall organize the project professional technical person in charge or foreman, quality inspector, etc. of the construction organization to accept the sub-project;
2 The general supervision engineer or the project person in charge of the construction organization shall organize the project person in charge and the person in charge of technology and quality of the building organization to accept the division project;
3 After the completion of the unit project, the construction organization shall organize the inspection and evaluation by itself; submit the project acceptance report to the building organization;
4 After the building organization receives the project acceptance report, the person in charge of the building organization shall organize the person in charge of the construction organization, design, supervision, and other units to accept the unit project;

4.2.2 The equipment foundation axis position, elevation, size, anchor bolt position shall comply with the requirements of the design technical documents and the current national standard "General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering" GB 50231.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Check the review record.
4.2.3 The specifications and tightening of anchor bolts must comply with the design technical documents.
Inspection quantity. 20% random inspection and no less than 4.
Inspection method. Check quality certification documents, measure with ruler, check tightening records, hammer nut inspection.
4.2.4 The mortar method is used to set the base plate; the strength of the mortar concrete after 48 hours shall reach the design strength of the foundation concrete.
Inspection quantity. Batch by batch.
Inspection method. Check the strength report of the mortar test block.
II General items
4.2.5 The anchor bolts shall be vertical in the reserved holes; the distance from the hole wall shall be greater than 15 mm and shall not touch the bottom of the hole.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Observation inspection.
4.2.6 The surface of the concrete foundation where the pad is placed by the grinding method shall be ground flat; the contact points between the concrete surface and the base plate shall be evenly distributed.
Inspection quantity. Random inspection of 20%.
Inspection method. Observation inspection.
5 Equipment and material delivered to site
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The equipment and material mobilization plan shall be prepared according to the construction schedule.
5.1.2 When the equipment is transported and hoisted, the hoisting point shall be at the marked position of the equipment and packaging box; protective measures shall be taken. Transport and hoisting shall not cause damage to the equipment.
5.1.3 Before the equipment is installed, it shall be unpacked for inspection and an inspection record shall be formed. After the equipment is unpacked, protective measures shall be taken and it shall be installed in time.
5.1.4 When materials are mobilized to site, they shall be neatly stacked according to specifications and have anti-damage measures.
5.2 Equipment and materials Main control items
5.2.1 The model, specification, quality, quantity of the equipment must comply with the design technical documents.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Observation inspection, check the equipment quality certification documents.
5.2.2 The model, specification, performance, quality, quantity of materials, standard parts, etc. shall comply with the design technical documents and product standards.
Acceptance shall be made when mobilizing to site; meanwhile an acceptance record shall be formed.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection of quality certification documents. Physical inspection of 1% and not less than 5 pieces. If the design technical documents and relevant standards require re-inspection, re-inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements.
Inspection method. Check the quality certification documents, re-inspection reports and acceptance records, appearance inspection or actual measurement.
6.3 Installation of lifting device
6.3.1 The installation sequence should be base plate, bearing seat, reel, reducer, main motor, hydraulic brake, hydraulic press lubrication system, anti-fall device, etc.
6.3.2 When installing the equipment, a permanent centerline and elevation reference point shall be set; the base plate shall be installed with a seat pad.
6.3.3 The bearing seat shall be aligned with the fixed end as the reference and the other side shall be aligned.
6.3.4 Place the reel; check that the reel axis is horizontal.
6.3.5 The main motor shall be aligned with the fixed end bearing or coupling as the reference.
6.3.6 When assembling the hydraulic brake, a dial indicator shall be used to check the end face runout of the brake disc.
6.4 Quality acceptance of lifting device I Main control items
6.4.1 The tightening of the brake disc connection bolts and the contact of the joint surface shall be checked.

6.4.2 The installation of the hydraulic lubrication system shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for engineering installation acceptance of metallurgical machinery hydromatic, lubricating and pneumatic system equipment" GB/T 50387.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Observation inspection, inspection flushing report.
II General items
6.4.3 The allowable deviation of the lifting device installation shall comply with the provisions of Table 6.4.3.
Inspection quantity. Full inspections.
7.1.2 The component grouping shall correspond to the exit-factory identification of the
equipment; the tightening torque of the connecting bolts shall meet the requirements of the technical documents; the contact surface shall be tight; the welding shall meet the requirements of the accompanying technical documents.
7.1.3 After the running mechanism is hoisted onto the track, the spacing and
perpendicularity of the wheel group shall be adjusted; temporary facilities should be added for fixing.
7.1.4 After the portal seat is connected to the running mechanism, check and adjust the
spacing and diagonal deviation of the wheel group; check and adjust the center position of the rotating bearing; the levelness shall meet the requirements of the accompanying technical documents of the equipment.
7.1.5 Add temporary support to the bucket wheel end of the boom to make the boom
horizontal; adjust the length of the tie rod; the counterweight shall be hoisted and installed according to the requirements of the manual.
7.1.6 Before installing the components above the portal seat and the rotating device, the
rail clamp, windproof anchor, windproof column shall be installed in place; the stacker-and reclaimer shall be locked on the track during the interval of the installation operation.
7.1.7 The installation of the tail car belt conveyor shall comply with the relevant
provisions of the current national standard "Code for construction and acceptance of conveyor equipment installation engineering" GB 50270.
7.2 Quality acceptance of arm-type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer
I Main control items
7.2.1 The fastening torque and contact of the joint surface of the high-strength bolt
connection parts shall be checked.
Inspection quantity. 20% random inspection.
Inspection method. Torque wrench, feeler gauge.
7.2.2 The welding work of the connection parts shall comply with the provisions of the
technical documents accompanying the equipment.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Report, weld inspection ruler, observation inspection.
7.2.3 The tightening and locking action of the track clamp and windbreak column shall
position, the steel rope shall be wound around the drum for 3 ~ 5 turns; the counterweight shall meet the requirements of the accompanying documents.
7.3.9 When the center column is installed in place, the horizontal deviation of the upper
rotating bearing shall be checked. Only after it meets the requirements can it be connected or welded to the base.
7.4 Quality acceptance of circular stacker-reclaimer
I Main control items
7.4.1 The fastening torque and contact of the joint surface shall be checked at the high-
strength bolt connection parts.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Torque wrench, feeler gauge.
7.4.2 When installing the stacking device and assembling the belt conveyor on the
ground, the assembly standard shall meet the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for construction and acceptance of conveyor equipment installation engineering" GB 50270.If conditions permit, temporary power supply should be used for the test run of the belt conveyor unit. After the ground assembly and commissioning work is completed, lift the whole unit into place; connect the tilting mechanism; add the counterweight.

7.4.3 The installation of hydraulic transmission equipment shall comply with the
relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for engineering installation acceptance of metallurgical machinery hydromatic, lubricating and pneumatic system equipment" GB/T 50387.
Inspection quantity. Full inspection.
Inspection method. Observation inspection, check flushing report.
7.4.4 The assembly of the pinion of the rotating mechanism shall comply with the
relevant provisions of the design technical documents and the current national standard "General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering" GB 50231.
