Foreword

This standard was revised by China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association and China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd., together with the organizations concerned, on the basis of the Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of industrial installation engineering GB 50252-2010 (hereinafter referred to as "the original standard"), in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Plan for Formulating and Revising Engineering Construction Standards and Codes in 2016" (Jian Biao Han [2015] No. 274) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

During the preparation of this standard, the drafting group carried out extensive investigation and research, conscientiously summarized practical experience, referred to relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and, on the basis of widely soliciting opinions, finalized the standard after review.

This standard consists of 6 chapters and 5 appendices. The main technical contents include: general provisions, terms, basic requirements, division of works for acceptance of construction quality, acceptance of construction quality, and procedure and organization for acceptance of construction quality.

The main technical contents revised in this standard are:

(1) Inspection lots are explicitly set up in the quality acceptance of civil works, steel structures, anticorrosion, heat insulation and furnace masonry involved in industrial installation engineering.

(2) According to the actual conditions of construction of industrial installation engineering, two sections, "Civil engineering" and "Steel structure engineering", are added to the division for acceptance of construction quality.

(3) A general contractor acceptance column is added to the acceptance columns of Appendix A to Appendix E.

(4) The division of piping sub-item projects has been modified: they are divided by piping medium, class and material.

(5) In the division of piping installation works, it is added that when piping works have independent construction conditions or service function, they may constitute a unit (sub-unit) project.

(6) The mandatory provisions of the original standard have been deleted, while the contents of those clauses are retained.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is in charge of the administration of this standard, the Chemical Industry Branch of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization is responsible for its routine management, and China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. is responsible for the explanation of its specific technical contents. 1 General provisions

1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to unifying the acceptance of construction quality of industrial installation engineering, strengthening the management of construction quality of works and ensuring the quality of works.

1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of industrial installation engineering in new construction, reconstruction and extension projects.

1.0.3 This standard shall be used in conjunction with the current relevant national standards for acceptance of construction quality of the specialities concerned.

1.0.4 In addition to complying with this standard, the acceptance of construction quality of industrial installation engineering shall also comply with the current relevant standards of the nation.

2 Terms

3 Basic requirements

3.0.1 The parties concerned with the project shall have a sound quality management system.

3.0.2 The construction quality of the works shall meet the requirements of the design documents.

3.0.3 The parties concerned with construction shall have the corresponding construction technical standards on site.

3.0.4 Construction projects of industrial installation engineering shall have a construction organization design and construction technical schemes, which shall be reviewed and approved.

3.0.5 The inspection of construction site quality management may be carried out in accordance with Appendix A "Inspection record for quality control of construction site" of this standard.

3.0.6 The inspection of construction quality of industrial installation engineering shall comply with the following requirements:

1 Equipment, materials and semi-finished products used in the works shall be inspected in accordance with the design requirements of each speciality and the standards for acceptance of construction quality.

2 Each speciality shall carry out quality control of the construction process in accordance with the corresponding construction standards, and shall carry out quality inspection process by process.

3 Handover inspection of construction processes shall be carried out between related specialities, and records shall be made.

4 Each speciality shall carry out final inspection and testing in accordance with the corresponding construction standards.

3.0.7 Personnel of all parties participating in the acceptance of construction quality shall have the corresponding qualifications.

3.0.8 The acceptance of construction quality shall be carried out on the basis of the construction organization's own inspection being qualified.

3.0.9 Concealed works shall be accepted before concealment, the construction organization notifying the organizations concerned, and acceptance documents shall be prepared. Works that have not been inspected and accepted, or that have failed inspection, shall not proceed to the next process.

3.0.10 The quality of inspection items shall be inspected and accepted according to dominant items and general items.

3.0.11 The inspection methods, inspection quantities and records of inspection results for construction quality shall comply with the standards for acceptance of construction quality of each speciality.
