for Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI);

--- Part 9.Polyester Film Mica Paper with an Epoxy Resin Binder for Single

Conductor Taping;

--- Part 10.Mica Paper Tapes for Flame-Resistant Security Cables;

--- Part 11.Moulding Micanite.

This Part belongs to Part 5 of GB/T 5019.

This Part was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This Part replaced GB/T 5022-1998 Rigid Mica Materials for Heating Equipment;

compared with GB/T 5022-1998, this Part has the following differences.

--- The products can be divided into 6 types according to the product applied

different mica substrate and adhesive types. And the required value on

corresponding product thickness and performance are added;

--- Delete "test methods" and "inspection rules";

--- Add "delivery mode" (see Chapter 8);

--- Change "mark, package, transportation, and storage" into "mark";

--- Add the appendix A.

This Part adopts re-drafting method to modify and use IEC 60371-3-3.1983

1 Scope

This Part of GB/T 5019 specifies the classification, requirements, delivery mode and

mark of the splitting-mica-and-mica-paper-based mica plate for electric heating

equipment.

This Part is applicable to the mica pate combining the splitting mica, mica paper and

appropriate adhesive.
