Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, after purification by gel permeation chromatography, gas chromatography with nitrogen - phosphorus detector.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified in this standard reagents used were of analytical grade. Test water should comply with GB/T 6682 stipulated two of water.

4.6.4 pesticide mixed standard working solution II
Take 2.5mL pesticide mixed standard stock solution (4.6.2), diluted to 10mL with n-hexane.
4.6.5 pesticide mixed standard working solution III
Take 1.5mL pesticide mixed standard stock solution (4.6.2), diluted to 10mL with n-hexane.
