Scope

GB/T 48155-2026 is the English-translated version of 分段桥塞与分簇射孔联合作业技术规范.

This recommended national standard sets out technical requirements for combined operations in which bridge plugs are set in stages and perforating guns are fired in clusters within a wellbore. The combined technique is used in staged completion of oil and gas wells, and the document is aimed at oilfield service companies, operators, completion engineers and field supervisors who plan, run and review such jobs.

As a GB/T document it is recommended rather than compulsory, though contracts and company procedures may still refer to it. Buyers working on well completion design, service quality control or contractor assessment in China will find it useful for aligning their practice with a shared national reference. Operators that contract several service companies for the same well can also use it to set common expectations for how plug setting and perforating are planned, carried out and reviewed on site. It takes effect on 1 March 2027.
