This document specifies the general requirements, construction preparation, construction operation technical requirements, and well completion report format for parallel horizontal wells, and describes

Methods for precise control of the wellbore trajectory of the first and second wells, and methods for verification.

This document applies to onshore oil and gas well engineering operations. Offshore oil and gas well engineering and other similar underground engineering operations shall refer to this document for implementation.
