GB/T 48134-2026 is the English-translated version of 综合客运枢纽服务规范.

This standard provides service specifications for multimodal passenger transportation hubs, that is, facilities where several modes of passenger transport such as rail, road, air or urban transit meet and passengers transfer between them. It concerns the quality of the services delivered at such hubs rather than the engineering of the buildings themselves.

The intended users include hub operators and managers, transport authorities, station and terminal service providers, planners who evaluate hub performance, and consultants or auditors who assess service quality. Operators of large transport interchanges can use it as a shared reference when organizing and reviewing passenger services.

The standard was issued on 28 August 2026 and takes effect on 1 December 2026, which makes it one of the nearer-term implementation dates in this group of releases. It is a recommended national standard (GB/T), so it is voluntary unless adopted by contract, local regulation or an operating agreement.
