Scope
GB/T 48106-2026 is the English-translated version of 光伏发电项目后评价导则.
This document provides guidelines for the post evaluation of photovoltaic power projects. Post evaluation is the review carried out after a plant has been built and has operated for a period, comparing actual outcomes with those expected at the planning and approval stage, and drawing lessons for future investment and operation.
Project owners and investors, power generation companies, engineering and consulting firms, lenders, and government bodies that supervise energy projects are the main users. For solar developers the review is a way to learn why a plant performs above or below its forecast and to improve later projects. Because it is a guideline, it offers direction on how to conduct the evaluation rather than fixed performance thresholds.
It is a recommended (GB/T) standard, so it is voluntary unless an investor, lender or authority requires it. It was issued on 28 August 2026 and takes effect on 1 December 2026.
