3 Terms and Definitions

This document does not contain any terms or definitions that need to be defined.

4 Principles

The sample is decomposed using hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and perchloric acid. In a hydrochloric acid medium, the sample solution is atomized and then introduced into an argon plasma atmosphere via a carrier gas.

In the daughter torch flame, atoms of the analyte are excited to emit characteristic spectra, and the concentration of the analyte in the test solution is directly proportional to the intensity of its characteristic spectral lines.

The concentration of the element to be tested in the test solution is calculated by measuring the signal intensity of characteristic spectral lines.

5 Reagents

Unless otherwise specified, use only reagents of approved analytical purity or higher, and the water used in the experiments should meet the Class II standard specified in GB/T 6682.

Distilled water of 100% or higher purity, or water of equivalent purity.
