1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements for the inspection and maintenance of stacker cranes in roadways during use.

This document applies to stacker cranes used in automated warehouses, including explosion-proof stacker cranes and cold storage stacker cranes.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in JB/T 5319 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Inspection

A series of tasks performed to determine whether the stacker crane in the roadway is functioning properly.

Note. Inspections are divided into routine inspections, periodic inspections, and special inspections.

3.2 Daily inspection

Inspections conducted before the start of each work shift (3.1).
