3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 46078 and JB/T 13073.1, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 Magnetic direct drive

A mechanically-free drive system that generates electromagnetic force based on the interaction of primary and secondary magnetic fields, and achieves direct coupling between the mover and the load.

Dynamic technology.

3.2 Magnetic direct-drive conveying system

A system that realizes the functions of carrying and conveying based on the principle of magnetic direct drive.

3.3 Magnetic direct-drive system controller

Hardware and software capable of information exchange, system management, collaborative control of multiple primary and secondary modules, and status monitoring and protection.
