Foreword
The first method of the present standards of international analysts revise Society (AOACINTERNATIONAL) AOAC975.55 "food gold surfaceplatingmethodisolationandenumberation, 1976), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO ) ISO 6888-1:1999 "food Products and animal feed coagulase positive staphylococci counting method "(Microbiologyoffoodandanimalfeedingstuffs-andotherspecies, 1999); a second modification of international law Analysts Society (AOACINTERNATIONAL) AOAC987.09 AOAC2003.07 "processed foods Staphylococcus aureus count by the International Institute analyst (AOACINTERNATIONAL) Petrifilm test piece Law "(2003) (AOACOfficialMethod2003.07,3MTMPetrifilmTMstaphexpresscount foods. colaborativestudy), AOAC2003.08 "dairy Staphylococcus aureus test Petrifilm count plate method" (2003) (AOACOfficialMethod2003.08,3MTMPetrifilmTMstaphexpresscountplatemethodforthe Aureus test Petrifilm count plate method "(2003) (AOACOfficialMethod2003.11,3MTM PetrifilmTM meats, seafoodandpoultry).
The first standard method and AOAC975.55 and ISO 6888-1:1999 The main difference is as follows.
--- The AOAC sample preparation and sampling of 50g (or 50mL) modified to 25g (or 25mL);
--- Modify the formulas of ISO .
The main difference between this standard and AOAC987.09 second method is as follows. The sample preparation and sampling of 50g (or 50mL) is amended as 25g (Or 25mL).
The third standard method and AOAC2003.07, AOAC2003.08, the main difference AOAC2003.11 follows.
--- The culture temperature of the test piece 35 °C ± 1 °C or 37 °C ± 1 °C unified 36 °C ± 1 °C;
--- Provisions of the suspected colonies on the test piece to be acknowledged.
Since the implementation of this standard Staphylococcus aureus counting section GB/T 4789.10-2003 repealed simultaneously.
