GB/T 47888-2026 — This document specifies the dark storage conditions, storage facilities, processing, and inspection procedures for reflective photographs of all types and sizes.

This document applies to reflective photographs taken on the following opaque supports. a) Fiber base paper; b) RC coated paper; c) Colored and other types of plastic carriers, such as polyester and cellulose acetate; d) Fabrics, such as canvas and linen.

Sulfur preparations; 2) Diffusion transfer, such as instant prints from Polaroid and Fujifilm (1). 3) Stabilization process (which includes silver images and invisible, chemically stable silver halides).

This document applies to monochrome and multicolor photographs that have undergone the following processing. i) Color development, rinsing, and stabilization; ii) Bleaching with silver dye; iii) Dye transfer printing; iv) Diffusion transfer, such as instant prints from Polaroid and Fujifilm 1), peel-off or in-place; v) Colored gelatin, such as carbon or carbobromide.

This document applies to black and white and color photographs created using the following systems. --Dye heat transfer printing (commonly known as dye sublimation); --Hot wax transfer; --Electrostatic printing; --Dye and pigment inkjet printing; --Swellable and porous coated media support; -- Diazo photography.

ISO 18911 and ISO 18918 provide recommendations for the storage of photographic film and processed photosensitive plates, respectively. This document applies to the medium-term and long-term storage conditions defined in Chapter 3.
