Scope

GB/T 47861-2026 is the English-translated version of 生产过程质量控制 基于误差流的质量控制策略.

GB/T 47861-2026 covers quality control of production processes using strategies based on the stream of variation, also called error flow.

It sets requirements for a quality control framework built on error flow, for error flow analysis, including data acquisition and error prediction, and for developing quality control strategies, from the development process and quality control costs to quality loss costs, equipment maintenance strategy and tolerance allocation.

An informative appendix gives a typical error flow analysis example. It applies to quality control of multi-stage production processes in discrete manufacturing.

Issued on 2 July 2026 and applicable from 1 February 2027. Terms defined include state-space model and spatial pose.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Introduction

In modern discrete manufacturing, quality control is a crucial step in ensuring that products meet design requirements and satisfy customer expectations. With the development of manufacturing... With the development of manufacturing, especially the increasing complexity of multi-process production, traditional quality control methods are facing greater and greater challenges.

Against this backdrop, error flow-based quality control strategies have emerged, providing a novel solution to quality problems in the production process. Ideas.

Error flow theory originates from an in-depth analysis of product quality fluctuations and their impact on the production process. It involves the accurate identification and management of error flows.

This approach can effectively predict and optimize quality fluctuations during the production process, thereby achieving efficient quality control. The core objective of this document is to develop a... A set of quality control strategies applicable to multi-process production in discrete manufacturing, combining error flow analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and quality control strategies.

This document outlines effective quality management tools for businesses, helping them reduce quality control costs while improving production efficiency and product quality.

In recent years, my country has made significant progress in the manufacturing sector, with the government providing support for quality improvement, automation, and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.

China has attached great importance to this and has introduced a number of supportive policies. "Made in China 2025" explicitly proposes to enhance the core competitiveness of my country's manufacturing industry and promote intelligent manufacturing.

The development of manufacturing capabilities particularly emphasizes intelligent manufacturing, digital transformation, and the research and application of advanced manufacturing technologies. With the implementation of these policies... my country's manufacturing industry has made significant progress in technological innovation and quality control. However, in multi-process production, how to systematize and... Its limitations are becoming increasingly apparent; the existing quality management system cannot meet the demands of modern manufacturing processes for precise control.

Under the guidance of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and the "Outline for Building a Quality Power," the improvement of quality in the manufacturing industry has been listed as a key national strategy.

One of them. The "Outline for Building a Quality Powerhouse" clearly points out that we should increase efforts in technological innovation, promote intelligent manufacturing, and strengthen quality control, especially in industrial processes.

In the industrial sector, it is necessary to strengthen research and development of key technologies and the construction of standards systems. The national "14th Five-Year Plan" further emphasizes independent innovation.

Breakthroughs in key technologies, especially the increasingly stringent requirements for quality control in the manufacturing process, are driving progress. Based on these strategic guidelines and policy requirements, production processes... Quality control in the process must shift from traditional methods to precise control based on big data and intelligent analysis.

This document, through in-depth research on error flow analysis, cost assessment, and quality control strategy formulation, and its application in quality control, will provide a framework for discrete... This provides a scientific and operational quality control strategy for the multi-stage production process of modular manufacturing, promoting the advancement of quality control in my country's manufacturing industry.

Technological advancements and independent innovation enhance overall production efficiency and product quality, thereby boosting my country's competitiveness in the global manufacturing sector.

1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19000-2016, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 Error stream of error

In multi-process manufacturing, the processing errors generated, transmitted, and accumulated between processes manifest as a systematic accumulation of key quality characteristics. error.

3.2 State-space model

A mathematical model that describes the state change laws of a discrete dynamic system.

Note: This model consists of state equations and observation equations. The state equations describe the evolution of the system's state variables over time, and the observation equations describe the variables to be measured. The relationship between the system state and the system state.

3.3 Spatial pose

A combination of the position and orientation of an object in three-dimensional space relative to a reference object.

Note: Spatial pose consists of two parts. position and orientation. Position is usually defined by coordinates in a three-dimensional coordinate system, while orientation is determined by rotation parameters. (e.g., Euler angles or rotation matrices) to describe it.
