4 Overview
Minors may face various risks affecting their physical and mental health when using online products and services, such as illegal and harmful content. Risks include infringement of beneficial information, internet addiction, violation of personal information rights, and risk-induced consumption. Mobile internet minor mode is designed for minors, adapts to the laws and characteristics of minors' physical and mental health development, and protects them. The healthy and safe use of the internet by minors mainly includes mobile smart terminals, mobile internet applications, and mobile internet application sub-platforms. The platform includes a mode for minors and related features.
5 Technical Requirements for Minor Mode on Mobile Smart Terminals
5.1 One-click start and exit Mobile smart terminals must meet the following requirements.
a) Mobile smart terminals should support one-click activation and deactivation of the minor mode, making it convenient for users to manage the minor mode on mobile smart terminals. Switching between styles;
b) Mobile smart terminals should provide an interface for linking the minor mode status to mobile internet applications and mobile internet applications. 6.1 Functional Requirements
