1 Scope

GB/T 47678.7-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the data model of a city operation platform - every entity, attribute, code list and relationship the platform holds, from the grid cells and the components in them to the cases, the staff and the performance records. At 95,500 words this is by a wide margin the largest document in the 2026 batch, and it is the part of the series that the other nine parts all resolve into. 7.4 Urban Management Data Urban management data should include business guidance data, supervision and inspection data, and data on municipal utilities management, urban appearance and sanitation management, and landscaping management. Data on comprehensive law enforcement and other industry management and supervision should comply with the following regulations.

a) Business guidance data includes data shared by the national platform and data entered into the provincial platform that conforms to the provisions of 6.4.2;

b) The supervision and inspection data includes data issued by the national platform and data entered into the provincial platform that comply with the provisions of 6.4.3;

c) Data on municipal utilities management, urban appearance and sanitation management, landscaping and greening management, and comprehensive law enforcement, including data reported on the municipal platform, conforming to 6.4.4~ The data specified in 6.4.7.

7.5 Comprehensive Evaluation Data The comprehensive evaluation data should include comprehensive evaluation results from all prefecture-level cities and above in the province, and should comply with the provisions of 6.5.

7.6 Business Collaboration Data Business collaboration data should comply with the provisions of 6.6.

4 General Requirements

4.1 Data shall meet the requirements of authenticity, completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and exchangeability.

4.2 Data should be managed throughout its entire lifecycle, including collection, storage, integration, visualization, analysis and application, archiving and destruction.

4.3 The identification code shall consist of

22 Arabic numerals and/or uppercase letters in 3 code segments, in the following order. 6 digits for the administrative division code, 2 digits for the data segment, and 2 digits for the data segment. The class code is 7 digits, and the sequence code is 9 digits. The identifier should be unique. The administrative division code for county-level and above should be 6 digits, following the administrative division code format. The regulations of the relevant authorities shall be followed.

4.4 Spatial location data should use the.2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System, and elevation data should use the 1985 National Elevation Datum.

4.5 Data shall be stored in accordance with GB/T 37939 and exchanged in accordance with GB/T 37025.

4.6 Data should be classified and graded in accordance with GB/T 43697, and the management of classified data should be strengthened in accordance with GB/T 35274.

4.7 A maintenance and update mechanism for urban operation management service databases at all levels should be established to update relevant data in a timely manner and conduct regular data analysis. According to backup.

4.8 Data should be described using the following six attributes.

a) Field name. The name of the data item;

b) Abbreviated name. The name of the data item used in database design, data exchange, etc., using the first letters of the Chinese pinyin of the field name. Abbreviations consist of uppercase letters, and each abbreviation must be unique within the same data table.

c) Field Type. The type of data item, determined by the data storage format, including Boolean, character, numeric, date, and date-based data types. Time-based;

5 Data Classification and Codes

5.1 A linear classification method should be adopted to divide the data of the urban operation management service platform into four levels. category, major category, medium category, and minor category.

1.Scope This document specifies the general requirements, data classification, and codes for urban operation management service platform data, including data from national platforms and provincial platforms. 8 City-level platform data
