4.1 Classification of Management Components

4.1.1 The management components are divided into major categories and minor categories, and the major categories are composed of several minor categories.

4.1.2 The main categories of management components and their contents are as follows:

---Municipal public utilities. mainly includes various manhole covers for water, electricity, gas, heating, etc., as well as related public utilities;

---Transportation facilities. mainly include parking lots, multi-level parking garages, parking metering equipment, bus stop facilities, taxi stands, etc.;

---Urban sanitation facilities. mainly include public toilets, public toilet signs, septic tanks, garbage rooms (buildings), garbage bins, etc.;

---Landscape greening facilities. mainly including ancient and famous trees, street trees, freestanding trees, tree protection facilities, flower racks and flower pots, etc.;

---Other Management Components. Each city may add corresponding subcategories based on its local conditions.

4.2 Management Component Identification Code

4.2.1 Each management component should be assigned a unique identifier.

4.2.2 The structure of the management component identification code should be "management component code sequence code".

a) The management component code should consist of

11 Arabic numerals, in the following order. 6 digits of the county-level or higher administrative division code, 2 digits of the capital code, and 1 digit of the capital code. The class code and the 3-digit subclass code should conform to the following regulations. 1) The administrative division codes at the county level and above shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the competent department in charge of administrative division codes. 2) The category code represents the category of the managed component, and is numbered sequentially starting from 01. 3) Subclass codes represent the subclasses of management components, numbered sequentially starting from 001. 4) The management component classification (major category and minor category) codes comply with the provisions of Appendix A.

4.3 Management Component Space Data Requirements

4.3.1 The coordinate system used for managing spatial data of components shall be the.2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System.

4.3.2 The planar positioning accuracy of the management components shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

4.3.3 The graphical symbols for the management components are shown in Appendix B.

4.3.4 The survey and mapping of management components should ensure the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of the data.

4.3.5 The survey and mapping results of management components shall be accepted in accordance with the relevant technical requirements of this document. 4.4 Requirements for Managing Component Attribute Data

4.4.1 The attribute data of managed components shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.5 Management component data update The data for management components should be updated promptly based on the specific circumstances of the city, with an update cycle of approximately one year to maintain the data's current status. Potential.

5.1 Item Classification

5.1.2 The major categories of matters and their contents are as follows:

5.2 Item Codes The item code consists of

11 Arabic numerals, in the following order. 6 digits for the county-level or above administrative division code, 2 digits for the major category code, and 3 digits for the minor category code. Subclass codes should conform to the following regulations.

a) County-level and above administrative division codes shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the competent department in charge of administrative division codes.

b) Category codes represent the major categories of items, numbered sequentially starting from 01.

c) Subclass codes represent subclasses of items, numbered sequentially starting from 001.

d) The item classification (major category and minor category) codes comply with the provisions of Appendix C.

5.3 Requirements for Item Attribute Data

5.3.1 The rules for writing the attribute data of items shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

5.3.2 Based on the attribute items specified in Table 3, each city may expand the attribute items according to its business needs. The expanded attribute items should be listed in Table 3.
