Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document adopts ISO 29468:2022 "Determination of flatness of thermal insulation products for building purposes".

1 Scope

This document specifies the equipment and procedures for determining the flatness of the entire product.

This document applies to thermal insulation products.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Flatness deviation

The maximum distance between the product and the platform when the convex side of the product is placed on the platform.

Measure the maximum distance between the product placed on the platform and the platform.

5 Equipment

5.1 Platform.

5.3 Metal support. Equipped with a movable measuring device, which includes a 30mm diameter disc fixed to a graduated pin or dial indicator (measuring...).

5.2 Metal ruler or metal tape measure. graduation value 0.5mm

The measurement accuracy is not less than 0.5 mm, and a load of (2.0 ± 0.1) N can be applied during measurement.

Test equipment with at least the same accuracy and capable of producing the same results can be used.

6 Test specimens

6.1 Specimen Dimensions

The test specimen should be a full-size product.

6.2 Number of Specimens

The number of test specimens should comply with the relevant product standards.

When product standards or technical specifications are lacking, the number of test pieces can be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.

6.3 Specimen Conditioning

The test specimens should be placed at a temperature of (23±5)°C for at least 6 hours. In case of dispute, the time and temperature specified in the relevant product standard shall be used.
