Scope
GB/T 47596-2026 is the English-translated version of 显示面板剥离废液回收再利用方法.
GB/T 47596-2026 describes the method for recycling and reusing the waste stripping liquid generated in display panel manufacture and specifies the environmental protection requirements for the process.
It applies to stripping waste liquid from TFT-LCD, OLED and LED display production, classified in four types by its main solvent system (NMF + MDG, NMF + BDG, MEA + DMSO, DMAC + NMF + NMP), each with at least 90.0 % active components, no more than 0.2 % water, 0.5 % insoluble matter and 350 µg/kg metal impurities.
The process consists of coarse filtration, wiped-film residue removal at 120 °C to 160 °C, vacuum dehydration distillation, distillation purification, condensation, blending and precision filtration, with the operating temperatures, pressures and reflux ratios set for each step.
The regenerated stripping liquid must meet limits on colour (<= 50 Hazen), water (<= 0.2 %) and trace metals (Na, Mg, Al, K, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu <= 20 µg/kg, Fe <= 200 µg/kg), tested by GB/T 3143, GB/T 6283-2008 and ICP-MS to GB/T 30903-2014, while waste water, waste gas and residue must be treated and residue handed to a licensed hazardous waste contractor.
