Scope
GB/T 47462-2026 is the English-translated version of 数字标准 标准信息模型架构.
GB/T 47462-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering a standard as machine-readable data rather than a document - the model of its clauses, requirements, terms, references and revisions, so that software can check a design against it instead of a person reading a PDF. This is the infrastructure for standards that can be applied automatically, which is a change to what a standard is. First edition, in force since 1 November 2026. It was issued on 30 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 November 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the Standardization Administration of China. This page is published from the official record of the 2026 edition; the clause text of a standard this recent is not yet in circulation, and the figures, limits and tables it contains are those of the document itself, delivered in full with the English translation.

4 Organization of semantic information units in metallic material standards
8.1.3 The domain model of standardized objects is centered on business scenarios, extracting typical business processes, rules, and interaction logic, and incorporating complex business requirements. The goal is to transform the logical framework into a hierarchical semantic representation (such as a concept layer, rule layer, and instance layer), and to ensure its alignment with business specifications through expert verification. Strong coupling. Example. Building standard semantic information units are organized using Building Information Modeling (BIM), which is a domain model for the construction industry. For example, GB 50016- In.2014, it was proposed that "exits should be distributed in a dispersed manner, with the horizontal distance between the nearest edges of adjacent exits >= 5m." In Building Information Modeling (BIM), this is achieved by defining safety exit components... The clause is embodied in attributes and spatial relationships. Emergency exits are set as specific model elements, given the semantic label "Emergency Exit," and their horizontal position is defined. Set geometric properties such as coordinates. Utilize the BIM model's rule engine to set constraints, specifically the horizontal distance between two model elements labeled "Emergency Exit". The distance attribute value is greater than or equal to 5m. The semantic information unit organization of building components is shown in Figure 5. Figure
5 Overall Architecture
The standard information model architecture is shown in Figure 1, and consists of the following four parts.
---Standard Management Shell. This is the entry point for accessing the standard information model, providing management metadata and indexes for digital standards, content interfaces, and... The functional interface, wherein the content interface defines the markup language used to acquire and interpret structural and semantic information units. The signature type and version, and the functional interface define the service entry point for the functional information unit;
---Structured Information Unit. Represents and stores structured standard information, supporting selective access to standard content;
---Semantic Information Unit. Represents and stores the semantic characteristics and requirements of standard structured information units. Structured information units are implemented through an ontology model. Semantic information units can be obtained by mapping from a domain model, supporting the processing of semantic information units according to standardized ontology characteristics or application domain characteristics. Meta-aggregation, intelligent reasoning, and push notifications;
---Functional information unit. This is a combination and diversified expression of structural information units and semantic information units, tailored to different business application scenarios. It provides executable standard service capabilities, presenting different application forms such as models, components, programs, and interfaces.
6.1 Managing Metadata and Indexes
6.1.1 Managing Metadata The management metadata in the management shell provides user terminals (such as machines/software) with the data types included in the digital standard, which the user terminals can then access. To access and obtain the required data through valid metadata tags. The metadata set is derived from the collection and organization of all tags in the structural information units and semantic information units of the digital standard.
6.1.2 Index Indexes are used to support retrieval and querying of numerical standards, and mainly include:
---Standard number;
---release date;
---Issuing organization;
---Standard state;
---Implementation or trial date;
---Confirmation date;
---Drafting unit;
---Standard Chinese Name;
---Standard English name;
---The standard that was replaced;
---Standard type;
---Submitting Unit;
7.1 Information Organization
7.1.1 Structural Information Unit Architecture The structural information unit architecture is shown in Figure 2.
Note. The chapter, section, paragraph, and item hierarchy may contain figures, tables, mathematical formulas, examples, notes, footnotes, citations, etc. Figure
7.2 Information Construction
7.2.1 The digital representation of structural information units should adopt published and consensus-reaching specifications and standards to ensure standard data compatibility and interoperability. Based on this, supplement relevant metadata and tags from national, industry, and international standards as needed.
7.2.2 The digital representation of structural information units shall conform to GB/T 46687.2.
7.2.3 Formulas in structural information units shall conform to MathML or LaTeX syntax rules, and terms and definitions shall conform to GB/T 44227. Refer to XHTML syntax rules.
8.1 Information Organization
8.1.1 Semantic information units can be organized according to the ontology model or domain model of standardized objects.
8.1.2 The ontology model of standardized objects can extract structured elements, such as entities, relationships, and constraints, by parsing the object semantics of relevant standards. A top-down ontology modeling approach is adopted to construct a hierarchical model. Example. The organization of semantic information units in material standards according to their domain models. The organization of semantic information units in metal material standards is shown in Figure 4. Figure
8.2 Information Construction
8.2.1 Semantic information units are based on structural information units, and are defined by combining the structural information units of the same standardized object with standard semantic tags. By mapping and associating, semantic information units are obtained.
8.2.2 The expression rules for the dedicated semantic information units of standards such as terms, symbols, classifications, tests, norms, procedures, guidelines, and evaluations shall be in accordance with... GB/T 46917.1.
8.2.3 Standards from different industries and professional fields can be used to construct specialized semantic units as needed. Based on standard texts, pre-trained generators can be used to generate... Semantic unit sets are obtained from standardized artificial intelligence engines or machine learning; they can also be discretized, aggregated, refined, and processed from the perspective of standard digital integration applications. This leads to the formation of a set of professional and technical semantic units.
8.2.4 The digital representation of semantic information units should preferably adopt a set of professional tags that have formed industry consensus, such as semantic information in product specifications. Units can be labeled using UML, while semantic information units related to processes in experimental standards can be labeled using languages such as BPMN and BPEL. Mark it.
9 Functional Information Units
9.1 Information Organization Use functional information unit collection objects to manage the basic information of each functional unit and establish the association relationship with the functional unit entity. The digital representation label for each functional information unit is shown in A.4, and its contents include.
---Functional information unit coding is uniformly coded by the standardization management organization;
---Functional information unit types, such as models, data dictionaries, software, and components;
---A basic overview of the functional information unit, such as its function, usage rules, and recommendations;
---The development unit of the functional information unit;
---The certification and approval unit for functional information units;
---The release date of the functional information unit;
---Link information for functional information units;
---The basis for the development of functional information units, and related structural information units and/or semantic information units;
---Version of the functional information unit.
9.2 Information Construction
9.2.1 The functional information unit is designed for various application scenarios and can be managed independently.
9.2.2 Functional information units are developed based on the content and requirements of structural information units and semantic information units, and their relationships are established.
9.2.3 For requirement clauses in the standard, rigid constraints should be set in the functional information unit to avoid weakening or circumventing the requirements of the standard text; Recommended clauses may be selectively implemented based on needs and should be explained in the functional information unit overview.
9.2.4 The technical selection of functional information units should preferably conform to the technical routes and interface protocols specified in the structural or semantic information units. The agreement clearly requires that if there are no relevant technical specifications for structural information units and semantic information units, then industry-standard technologies should be selected to ensure functional information security. The information unit has good portability and scalability.
9.2.5 Before publishing functional information units, conformity certification should be performed according to structural information units and/or semantic information units.
9.2.6 Functional information units should preferably pass R&D testing, third-party testing, and standards compliance certification; structural information units and/or semantic information units... When an element changes, the associated functional information unit is in an invalid state by default and will be re-evaluated and then released.
