5.1 Safety Requirements

5.1.1 Explosion-proof requirements Decontamination equipment used in hazardous areas should be explosion-proof.

5.1.2 Protection Requirements Decontamination equipment used with liquid decontamination agents or in open-air operations should meet the IP65 protection level specified in GB/T 4208-2017.

5.2 Single-person decontamination tent

5.2.1 Appearance The appearance of a single-person decontamination tent should meet the following requirements.

a) The outer surface is flat and smooth, without wrinkles, scratches or other appearance defects;

b) The seams should be uniform, flat, and firm, without defects such as loose threads or detached adhesive;

c) Metal parts should be free from mechanical damage, cracks, burrs, and other defects; parts with external threads should be protected.

d) All valves, switches, and operating handles are equipped with function labels;

e) The outer surface is designed with reflective markings that are visible from all 360° directions;

f) The color is yellow;

g) There are clear signs at the entrances and exits.

5.2.2 Structure The structure of a single-person decontamination tent should meet the following requirements.

a) Consists of a tent, mat, inflation and deflation system, water supply system, sewage discharge system, wastewater and waste collection system, decontamination sprayer, and decontamination solution. Composed of homogenizing tanks, etc.;

b) The inlet and outlet water interfaces shall comply with the requirements of GB 12514.1, and the suction pipeline shall have anti-vacuum capability; there shall be a design to prevent sewage backflow;

5.4 Simple Decontamination Spray Device

5.4.1 Appearance The appearance of a simple decontamination spray device should meet the following requirements.

a) All metal parts have smooth surfaces, free from bubbles, pinholes, obvious mechanical damage, unevenness, and other defects;

b) The surface of the hose is clean, smooth, and flat, without wrinkles or other defects;

c) The surfaces of hose connectors and nozzles are smooth and free of burrs or other defects.

5.4.2 Structure and Materials

5.4.2.1 Structure The structure of a simple decontamination spray device should meet the following requirements.

a) It shall be equipped with no fewer than 3 hoses, and each hose shall be equipped with no fewer than 4 spray heads;

b) The inlet connection interface conforms to the requirements of GB 12514.1.

5.4.2.2 Materials Components that come into contact with the decontamination solution should be made of corrosion-resistant materials or treated with anti-corrosion measures.

5.4.3 Basic Parameters The basic parameters of a simple decontamination sprayer should meet the following requirements.

a) The base area of the simple decontamination sprayer should be large enough for one person to stand on, and should not exceed 1m^2, and the height should not be less than 2.2m;

b) The rated working pressure shall not be less than

0.2 MPa and not greater than

0.4 MPa;

c) The flow rate of a single nozzle at its rated operating pressure should not be less than 5 L/min;

d) The overall weight should not exceed 30 kg.

5.4.4 Sealing performance There should be no leakage after the sealing performance test.

5.4.5 Pressure Resistance The pressure resistance test should not show any leakage, damage or slippage.

5.4.6 Stability performance After stability testing, there should be no tilting or tipping.

5.5 Strong acid and strong alkali decontamination equipment

5.5.1 Appearance The appearance of strong acid and strong alkali decontamination devices should meet the following requirements.

a) The overall appearance should be smooth and free from defects such as rust, paint peeling, and dents. The surfaces of parts should be free from defects such as burrs and cracks.

b) Metal parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials and are free from defects such as bubbles, pinholes, obvious mechanical damage, and unevenness;

c) The stamped parts are intact, free from cracks, sharp protrusions, and other defects not required by the design;

d) The weld seams of the welded parts are uniform, free from defects such as cracks, burn-through, and undercut;

e) The plating layer on the plated parts has a uniform color, strong adhesion, and a smooth surface, free from defects such as peeling, bubbles, and scratches;

f) Plastic and rubber parts have smooth surfaces and are free from defects such as cracks and shrinkage cavities.

5.5.2 Structure The structure should include a tank, nozzle, spray nozzle, pressure indicator, and switching device.

5.5.3 Materials Components that come into contact with the decontamination solution should be made of acid- and alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials or treated with anti-corrosion measures.

5.5.4 Sealing performance There should be no leakage after the specified sealing performance test.

5.5.5 Pressure Resistance After pressure resistance testing, the pressure drop rate should not exceed 10%, and there should be no leakage or damage.

5.6 Biochemical decontamination device

5.6.1 Appearance The appearance of the biochemical decontamination device shall meet the following requirements.

a) The overall appearance should be smooth and free from defects such as rust, paint peeling, and dents. The surfaces of parts should be free from defects such as burrs and cracks.

b) The stamped parts should be intact and free from defects such as cracks or sharp protrusions that are not required by the design;

c) The weld seams of the welded parts should be smooth, free from burn-through, cracks, and incomplete welding; the weld seams should be uniform and free of weld slag.

d) The plastic parts have smooth surfaces, free from defects such as cracks and shrinkage cavities;

e) The plating layer of the plated parts is uniform, firmly adhered, and has a smooth surface. There should be no obvious defects such as flow marks, accumulation, or peeling.

5.6.2 Basic Requirements The basic requirements for biochemical decontamination equipment should meet the following provisions.

a) The enclosure, pipes, and other components are made of corrosion-resistant materials;

b) High-temperature components of the gasoline engine are equipped with protective covers;

c) The shoulder straps are secure and should not loosen or fall off during use;

d) The electrical control devices and switches are sensitive and reliable;

e) The spray volume is adjustable.

5.6.3 Overall Performance

5.6.3.1 Rated working time The rated operating time of the biochemical decontamination device should not be less than 30 minutes.

5.6.3.2 Quality Portable and backpack-type biochemical decontamination devices should not have a net weight exceeding 15 kg, and trolley-type biochemical decontamination devices should not have a net weight exceeding 50kg.

5.6.3.3 Reliability of continuous operation The biochemical decontamination device should operate continuously for 5 hours without any abnormalities, and should be able to function normally upon restart.

5.6.3.4 Noise near the ear The noise level near the ear of the operator of the biochemical decontamination device should not exceed 100 dB(A).

5.6.3.5 Sealing performance All components and connections of the biochemical decontamination device should be reliably sealed, and there should be no component detachment, liquid leakage, or oil leakage during operation.

5.6.3.6 Horizontal spray volume The horizontal spray rate should not be less than

5.6.3.7 Droplet size Under normal spray conditions, the biochemical decontamination device should be able to completely atomize the decontamination solution, with a droplet size D90 value (D90 indicates droplets smaller than this size). 5.6.3.8 Stable Continuous Operation of the Trolley-Type Biochemical Decontamination Device The maximum self-moving distance of a trolley-type biochemical decontamination device should not exceed.200mm.

5.6.3.9 Performance of the trolley-type biochemical decontamination device 5.6.3.9.1 The trolley-type biochemical decontamination device should be easily pushed or pulled by a single person on level ground and on ground with a 2% slope. 5.6.3.9.2 The driving mechanism of the trolley-type biochemical decontamination device should have sufficient maneuverability, even at its lowest position during pushing or pulling (except...). 5.7 Detergent powder spraying device

5.7.1 Appearance The appearance of the decontamination powder spraying device shall meet the following requirements.

a) The overall appearance should be smooth and free from defects such as rust, paint peeling, and dents; the surfaces of parts should be free from defects such as burrs and cracks.

b) The stamped part is intact, free from cracks, sharp protrusions, or other defects not required by the design;

c) The plastic parts have a smooth surface, free from defects such as cracks and shrinkage cavities;

d) The plating layer of the plated parts is uniform, firmly adhered, and has a smooth surface. There should be no obvious defects such as flow marks, accumulation, or peeling.

5.7.2 Basic Requirements The basic requirements for decontamination powder spraying devices should meet the following requirements.

a) The enclosure, pipes, and other components are made of corrosion-resistant materials;

b) High-temperature components of the gasoline engine are equipped with protective covers;

c) The shoulder straps are secure and should not loosen or fall off during use;

d) The electrical control devices and switches are sensitive and reliable;

e) The spray volume is adjustable.

5.7.3 Overall Performance

5.7.3.1 Rated working time The rated operating time of the decontamination powder spraying device should not be less than 30 minutes.

6.1 Safety Performance Test

6.1.1 Explosion-proof test In accordance with the explosion-proof application and the provisions of GB 3836.14, check whether the explosion-proof certification certificate of the decontamination equipment complies with the provisions of 5.1.1.

6.1.2 Protection Test Conduct protection tests in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4208-2017.

6.2 Single-person decontamination tent

6.2.1 Appearance Visual inspection.

6.2.2 Structure Visual inspection.

6.2.3 Decontamination performance The following test methods should be used to assess the decontamination performance.

a) Measure and record the area of the tent's interior floor and the height of the lowest point of the interior roof using general measuring tools;

b) Visually inspect the number, orientation, and location of the sprinkler heads and fixed lighting devices;

c) Visual inspection or emptying test;

d) Measure and record the rated working pressure of the sprinkler system using a pressure gauge with an accuracy of not less than 1.6.

e) Select the appropriate volumetric metering tank based on the spray head's flow rate. After operation, ensure the outlet pipe is in a continuous water supply state until the spray head's water output stabilizes. Then, spray the water into the metering tank for at least 30 seconds. After removing the spray head, measure the volume of water in the metering tank 20 seconds later. Alternatively, the flow rate of the spray head can be calculated separately based on the mass, or it can be directly measured using a calibrated flow meter. Arbitration shall be used as a method of arbitration. The outcome shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.3f).

6.2.4 Tensile Strength The warp and weft tensile strength tests of the air column and tarpaulin material samples shall be conducted in accordance with the method specified in HG/T 2580.

6.2.5 Wear resistance The wear performance test of the air column material shall be carried out according to Method 1 specified in GB/T 19089-2012.

6.2.6 Tear resistance The tear resistance test of the warp and weft directions of the tarpaulin material shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in HG/T 2581.1.

6.2.7 Water permeability resistance The water permeability test of tarpaulin materials shall be conducted in accordance with the method specified in HG/T 2582.

6.2.8 High and low temperature resistance The single-person decontamination tents were placed in test environments of 65°C and -30°C for 8 hours each.

6.3.13 Air column airtightness and pressure resistance

6.3.13.1 Air tightness performance Inflate the air column to the rated working pressure, and let the tent stand still for 48 hours. The pressure drop should not exceed 10%, and the tent should not deform or tilt. Collapse and other phenomena.

6.3.13.2 Pressure resistance Inflate the air column to

1.5 times the rated working pressure, and let the tent stand still for 2 hours. If there is no damage or other abnormalities, proceed with the test.

6.3.14 Wind-resistant rope breaking strength Perform as specified in XF494.

6.3.15 Material puncture resistance Proceed according to section

7.7 of XF7-2004.

6.3.16 Performance of Decontamination Wastewater Discharge Select the appropriate volumetric metering tank based on the flow rate of the decontamination water supply and discharge devices. After the device is started, ensure the outlet pipe is in a continuous water supply state. After the water flow from the outlet pipe stabilizes, switch to spraying into the metering tank. Spray continuously for at least 30 seconds. After removing the outlet pipe, measure the water flow in the metering tank 20 seconds later. The volume or mass of water is calculated to determine the flow rate of the water supply and discharge devices, or directly measured using a calibrated flow meter. Measurement methods are used as arbitration methods.

6.3.17 Inflation performance test Proceed according to section

6.6 of XF631-2006.

6.3.18 Adhesion properties of materials The shape and size of the specimen should be the same as the shape and size of the pressing surface of the pressure block. 6.3.21 Bottom waterproof performance After inflating the multi-person decontamination tent, fill it with clean water no higher than half the diameter of the air column for 4 hours; it should not leak.

6.4 Simple Decontamination Sprayer

6.4.1 Appearance Visual inspection.

6.4.2 Structure and Materials

6.7 Detergent powder spraying device

6.7.3 Overall Performance

6.7.3.1 Rated working time The test was conducted while maintaining the maximum powder injection rate after the gasoline engine oil tank was filled with fuel, the gas cylinder was filled with compressed air, or the battery was fully charged.

6.7.3.2 Quality Weigh using a standard weighing instrument, with an accuracy of

0.1 kg.

7 Inspection Rules

7.1 Factory Inspection Each set of disinfection equipment must be inspected by the company's quality inspection department according to the factory inspection items specified in Table 2.

7.2 Type Testing

7.2.1 Type testing shall be conducted in any of the following circumstances.

a) Trial production and type approval of new products or old products transferred to other factories for production;

b) Changes in the product's design, structure, materials, components, parts, manufacturing processes, or production conditions may affect product quality. Measure time;

c) When the technical requirements specified in the product standard change;

d) When production resumes after a shutdown of one year or more;

e) When the product quality supervision department requests type testing;

f) Other situations where product quality can only be proven through type testing.

7.2.2 The samples for type testing shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. The test items are shown in Table

2.The number of test samples shall be 1 set.

7.2.3 If all inspection items are qualified, the type test is deemed passed.

8 Marking, Packaging, Transport and Storage

8.1 Marking Decontamination equipment should have permanent markings in prominent locations, the main contents of which include.

a) This document number;

b) Product name and model;

c) Name and address of the manufacturing plant;

d) Production date and/or production batch number.

8.2 Packaging

8.2.1 Each product shall have an inner packaging bag and be accompanied by a product instruction manual, product certificate, packing list, and list of accompanying accessories. The manual should include the main technical parameters, operating methods, precautions, troubleshooting and maintenance.

8.2.2 Each product shall have outer packaging, which shall be sturdy, reliable, and moisture-proof. The packaging box shall be printed with the specifications specified in GB/T 191. Logo.

a) Product name and model;

c) External dimensions of the packaging box;

d) Production date or batch number;

e) Rainproof, sunproof, upside down, anti-snagging markings;
