Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document is modified to adopt ISO 7315:1988 "Dimensions of P-type (ring) clamps for aerospace fluid systems".

This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 7315:1988.

---Chapter 1 corresponds to Chapters 1 and 2 of ISO 7315:1988;

---A new Chapter 2, "Normative References," has been added;

---A new Chapter 3, "Terminology and Definitions," has been added;

---The references correspond to Chapter 3 of ISO 7315:1988.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 7315:1988, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---Change the footnotes in Chapter 2 of ISO 7315:1988 to the main text of Chapter 1;

---The dimension of F in Table 2 has been changed from 5.5mm to 7.5mm to adapt to the current situation and usage requirements of products in my country;

---The maximum value of H in Table 2 has been changed from 5.5mm to 5.8mm to adapt to the current situation of products and usage needs in my country. The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---To align with existing standards, the standard name has been changed to "Outline Dimensions of P-Type (Annular) Clamps for Aerospace Fluid Systems".

1 Scope

This document specifies the outer dimensions of P-shaped (ring-shaped) clamps that are installed using bolts with a nominal diameter of 5 mm.

This document is not considered an interchangeable standard. Tolerances for each type of clamp are as specified in the drawings in the product standard.

This document applies to the installation, support, and laying of rigid piping or hose assemblies, as well as cables and other equipment used in aerospace equipment. The design and production of hoops.
