This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document is equivalent to ISO 1021:1980 "Openings and covers for fire extinguishers in aircraft engine nacelles".

Compared to ISO 1021:1980, this document has undergone the following structural adjustments.

---A new chapter on "Normative References" has been added (see Chapter 2);

---A new chapter on "Terms and Definitions" has been added (see Chapter 3).

This document specifies the requirements for openings and covers on aircraft engine nacelles for inserting nozzles of ground fire suppression equipment.
