Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 22941:2021 "Rubber mats for dairy cows".

This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 22941:2021.

---4.1 corresponds to Chapter 4 of ISO 22941:2021;

---Added 4.2;

---Added 5.4;

---Chapter 6, section 6.3.4 has been added, corresponding to Annex A of ISO 22941:2021;

---Chapter 7 has been added;

---Chapter 6 of ISO 22941:2021 has been removed;

---Appendix A corresponds to Appendix B of ISO 22941:2021;

--- Annex C of ISO 22941:2021 has been deleted.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 22941:2021, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

Based on national conditions, improve operability;

---The tensile strength requirements for the rubber sheet in the walking area have been changed (see 5.3, ISO 22941:2021 5.3) to meet the needs of use;

---Increased requirements for limits on harmful substances and related testing methods (see 5.4, 6.4) to provide a healthy environment for dairy cows;

---Added requirements for the selection of measurement points (see 6.2) to eliminate the influence of uncertain measurement point locations on the results;

---The normative references GB/T 39693.4, GB/T 528, and GB/T 1690 have replaced ISO 48-4, ISO 37, and ISO 38-4, respectively.

ISO 1817 (see 6.3.1, 6.3.2, 6.3.4, and Table 1 of ISO 22941:2021) should be adopted to adapt to my country's national conditions and improve operability.

---ISO 5893 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 17200 (see A.1.1, B.1.1 of ISO 22941:2021);

---Requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage have been added (see Chapter 7) to strengthen the standardized management of products.

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, marking, requirements, labeling, packaging, and transportation of rubber sheets (hereinafter referred to as rubber sheets) used in dairy farming.

Storage, and related experimental methods are described.

This document applies to the production and inspection of rubber sheets used in the walking and lying areas of dairy cows.
