1 Scope

GB/T 47157-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering celery graded for market - the length and thickness of the petioles, the colour and straightness, the freshness of the leaves and the defects, with the tolerances at each grade. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
