Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document is Part 107 of GB/T 4706 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances". GB/T 4706 has been published as follows part.
— Part 1: General requirements;
— Part 2: Particular requirements for electric irons;
— Part 121.Particular requirements for professional ice cream machines.
This document replaces GB 4706.107-2012 "Particular requirements for safety of integrated kitchen appliances for household and similar electrical appliances" and Compared with GB 4706.107-2012, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The user groups not considered in this document have been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2012 edition);
b) Added the definition of normal operation (see 3.1.9);
c) The definition of integrated kitchen appliances has been changed (see 3.101, 3.101 of the 2012 edition);
d) Added general test conditions (see 5.1 and 5.9);
e) Added warnings in the instructions for use (see 7.12 and 7.12.1);
f) Conversion of any single appliance into a replaceable functional unit (see 8.1, Chapter 8 of the 2012 edition);
g) Increased moisture resistance requirements (see 15.101);
h) Changed the installation method for abnormal operation (see 19.1, 19.1 of the 2012 edition);
i) Added structural requirements for equipment oil system and oil collection device (see 22.108);
j) Added the structural requirement that multiple sockets should not be used to provide power to functional units (see 22.109);
k) Added structural requirements to prevent open flames from entering the flue (see 22.110);
l) The requirements for internal wiring have been changed (see 23.101, 2012 edition 23.101);
m) The requirements for power cords have been deleted (see 25.101 of the 2012 edition).

Introduction
GB/T 4706 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances" adopts most of IEC 60335.On this basis, GB/T 4706 refers to The structure of IEC 60335 is divided into several parts, consisting of general requirements and special requirements. Part 1 is general requirements, and the other parts are For products covered by special requirements, their safety requirements are general requirements used in combination with the special requirements.
The requirements include supplements and modifications to the corresponding clauses in the general requirements to provide complete requirements for each product.
This document is the protection requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, fire and radiation risks when the appliance is used normally in accordance with the instructions.
This document also covers abnormal conditions that may occur during use and considers how electromagnetic interference may affect the safe operation of the equipment.
This document has taken into account the requirements specified in GB/T 16895 "Low Voltage Electrical Installations". The appliance is connected to the power supply in accordance with the electrical wiring rules. requirements are coordinated.
If multiple functions of an appliance involve other parts of GB/T 4706, the other parts shall apply to the appliance separately as long as it is reasonable.

1 Scope
This chapter of GB/T 4706.1-2024 is replaced by the following content.
This document specifies the safety requirements for kitchen appliances for household and similar purposes.
This document applies to single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V and other appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 480V, and is used for installation in kitchens.
Household and similar kitchen appliances.
NOTE 101 Examples of appliances falling within the scope of this document are as follows.
— Integrated stove;
— Electrified cabinets, etc.
This document also applies to appliances not intended for normal household use but which may nevertheless present a hazard to the public, such as those intended for use in shops, light industry and agriculture.
Equipment used by non-professionals in the field.
This document takes into account the possible mutual impact of the individual facilities (appliances) that make up the overall kitchen appliance after combination.
As far as is practical, the common hazards presented by the appliances covered by this document are those which may be encountered by all persons in and around the home.
However, in general this document does not consider the following situations.
— The following groups of people (including children) cannot use the appliance safely without supervision or guidance.
- due to physical, sensory or mental impairment; or - Due to lack of experience and knowledge.
— Children's play equipment.
