This document establishes the general principles for the construction and service of business districts, and stipulates the requirements for the construction, service, operation and management of business districts, as well as their evaluation and improvement. This document applies to the standardization of business district construction and services.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 business district Within a specific economic region, a commercial complex and commercial facilities constitute a group of businesses with considerable purchasing power, agglomeration capacity, and radiating influence. Industry cluster area.
