4 General Requirements
4.1 Photovoltaic power stations should collect emergency management information in accordance with relevant national and industry regulations on safety production management and in light of the actual conditions of the photovoltaic power station. This includes gathering relevant information, conducting risk assessments, developing emergency plans, regularly carrying out emergency drills, managing emergency supplies, and establishing emergency coordination mechanisms.
4.2 Photovoltaic power stations should collect relevant information on the design, construction, acceptance, operation, inspection, and maintenance of the photovoltaic power station in accordance with emergency management requirements. material.
4.3 Before developing an emergency response plan, a hazard identification and hazard assessment should be conducted based on the current situation of the organization, focusing on personnel, equipment, and the environment. To carry out emergency resource surveys.
