This document stipulates the requirements for service supply, service process, and operation management when industrial parks apply industrial internet platforms to provide services. 4 Basic Principles
4.1 Applicability The park platform aligns with its own development positioning, meets management and service needs, and ensures the applicability of service content.
4.2 Guiding principle The park's platform application and operation advocate development concepts such as digitalization, intelligence, greening, and collaboration, providing practical services to all stakeholders. efficacy.
4.3 Reasonableness The construction of the park platform will be planned in a coordinated manner and implemented in stages, with the content of the construction gradually improved according to the park's development stage, construction progress, and development needs.
5 Basic Requirements
The basic requirements for the park's application platform to carry out management and services include, but are not limited to.
a) The platform should be based on the needs of service providers within the park, and should be able to reach the government, park management committee, park construction unit, park operation unit, and other relevant entities. The diverse range of services offered by resident enterprises, service providers, and other stakeholders provides a variety of functions;
b) The platform construction should have a clear construction plan, construction goals, and construction steps, and should be aligned with the development of the key leading industries within the park and the park's overall development strategy. The types and development stages of the parks should be aligned;
c) The platform should aggregate data from relevant infrastructure, smart terminals, sensing devices, production equipment, information systems, etc., within the park.
