1 Scope

GB/T 46825-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the lightweight non-loadbearing sandwich panel for village construction - its thermal performance, its strength and fixing, its behaviour in fire and its resistance to the impacts of ordinary use. Rural housing is where China's building energy losses are concentrated. First edition. Issued on 2 December 2025, it has been in force since 1 July 2026.

This document specifies the classification, specifications, and marking of sandwich-insulated lightweight wall panels for rural houses, including general rules, requirements, inspection rules, and marking. Storage and transportation are described, along with the corresponding testing and inspection methods. This document applies to non-structural sandwich insulated lightweight walls used in rural houses with 6 stories or less and a building height not exceeding 24m. Production and inspection of boards.
