3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 42110-2022, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.
apparent bulk density Mass of cork particles per unit volume in a loose, naturally stacked state without pressure.
4 Testing equipment
4.1 Balance with a sensitivity of 0.1g.
4.2 Constant temperature and humidity chamber, capable of maintaining a temperature of (20±2)°C and a relative humidity of (65±5)%.
4.3 A cubic container with a capacity of (2±0.1) L (length, width, and height are all 126 mm) is used for the determination of cork particles with a particle size greater than 4 mm (see...).
Figure 1).
4.4 A cubic container with a capacity of (1±0.1) L (length, width, and height are all 100 mm) is used for measuring cork particles with a diameter less than or equal to 4 mm.
(See Figure 1).
4.5 wooden ruler.
4.6 The height of the hopper support should be such that the upper edge of the hopper is 450mm away from the support surface (see Figure 1).
4.7 Stainless steel conical hopper (see Figure 1), composed of a conical section and a cylindrical section. The upper part of the conical section is open, and the lower part of the conical section and the cylindrical section are open.
The upper part of the cylindrical section is connected, and a switch is installed at the lower part of the cylindrical section to control the falling of materials. The upper diameter and lower diameter of the conical section are respectively...
The diameters are 300mm and 70mm, and the height is.200mm. The cylindrical part has a diameter of 70mm and a height of 50mm.
