This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document is equivalent to ISO 10726:2020 "Portable chainsaw stop pins - dimensions and mechanical strength".

1 Scope

This document specifies the size and strength requirements for the stop pin of a portable chainsaw and describes the corresponding test methods.

The chain stop pin should be positioned as far as possible at the front of the saw body and should extend outward from the center plane of the guide plate by at least 5 mm, as shown in Figure 1. The unit is millimeters. Index number explanation. 1---Center plane of the guide plate.
