Foreword

1 Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and clearances of the handguard and openings for portable handheld chainsaws. These dimensions and clearances ensure the safety of the handguard.

Providing necessary safety, the hand guard serves both as a barrier between the operator's hand and the chainsaw, and as a manual chain brake. Moving rod.
