Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document is equivalent to ISO 11903:2008 "Standard for die guide pillars". This document includes a new chapter on "Terms and Definitions".

The following minimal editorial changes have been made to this document.

---For ease of use, the corresponding Chinese grades for ISO grades of gray cast iron are given in the form of "Note" (see Chapter 5).

1 Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and tolerances of the guide post mounting base, in millimeters, and applies to the mounting of guide posts with or without bushings.

This document also provides requirements for materials and specifies the markings for guide post mounting brackets that conform to this document.
