GB/T 46632-2025 is the English-translated version of 冲模 60°锥头直杆圆凸模.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document is modified to adopt ISO 6752:2008 "Punching Dies - 60° Conical Head Straight Rod Round Punch". This document includes a new chapter on "Terms and Definitions". The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

The "HRC" is consistent with the actual situation in the industry and also maintains the same hardness as the other parts of the punch [see Chapter 5a).

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic dimensions of a 60° conical straight rod round punch with a diameter of 0.5mm to 20mm.

This document also provides examples of materials and hardness, and specifies the markings for punches conforming to this document. The punches specified in this document... The die is mainly used for punching holes in steel plates, but it can also be used for punching holes in other materials.
