This document specifies the boundaries of carbon emission accounting objects, carbon emission and intensity accounting methods for commercial road and waterway transportation vehicles, as well as the public... Carbon emission accounting methods and data sources for road, waterway, and urban passenger transport vehicles. This document applies to the accounting of carbon dioxide emissions generated by commercial road and waterway transport vehicles during fossil fuel combustion in a region.
