1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, traceability content, information collection and recording, information management, and traceability procedures for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics. The content to be implemented. This document applies to the traceability of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics processes.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28842-2021, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

4 Basic Requirements

4.1 The pharmaceutical cold chain logistics service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "service provider") shall establish a traceability system, assign relevant personnel, and clearly define the traceability scope. Content and standardized traceability process.

4.2 Service providers shall be equipped with qualified temperature monitoring and recording equipment to monitor and record the temperature throughout the entire cold chain logistics process of pharmaceuticals. Warehousing service providers should also be equipped with humidity monitoring and recording equipment, and monitor and record humidity during the warehousing process.

Note. The equipment includes a temperature and humidity monitoring system and temperature and humidity measuring point terminals.

4.3 The service provider shall periodically verify the temperature and humidity monitoring system and calibrate or verify the temperature and humidity measuring terminal.

5 Traceable Content

5.1 Basic Information The traceability information for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics should include the basic information given in Table 1. Table

5.2 Additional Information When requested by the client, the traceability information for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics should include the additional information given in Table 2. Table

5.3 Traceability Identification Traceability labels should be complete, clear, and identifiable.

6.1 Storage

6.1.1 Upon receipt of the goods, the service provider shall verify the drug information in Table 1, and verify, confirm, and record the arrival time, arrival temperature, and transportation details. Process temperature data and other information. After confirming that the information is correct, the goods should be received in accordance with the requirements of

8.1.3 in GB/T 28842-2021.

6.1.2 Upon receipt of goods into the warehouse, the drug information in Table 1 and the receipt time in the warehouse information should be collected and recorded.

6.1.3 During drug storage, the temperature and humidity monitoring system should update the temperature and humidity data at the measuring points at least every 1 minute, and at least every Real-time temperature and humidity data are automatically recorded every 30 minutes. If the monitored temperature or humidity values exceed the specified range, data should be recorded at least every 2 minutes. once.

6.1.4 The storage conditions and quality information of medicines in the warehouse should be maintained, inspected and recorded regularly.

6.1.5 When the medicine is issued, the traceability label should be checked. Only medicines that meet the requirements can be issued, and the issuance time should be recorded.

6.1.6 During the handover with the next stage of the process, the service provider shall verify, confirm, and record the drug information, the basic information of the consignee, and the information of the means of transport. Information, departure time, and departure temperature.

6.1.7 The temperature and humidity data of the client's medicines during storage should be provided as required by the client.

6.2 Transportation

6.2.1 Before transportation, the service provider shall verify the drug information in Table 1 and the basic information of the consignor and consignee in the transportation information, and proceed accordingly. Follow the requirements in

6.1.6 to conduct a handover with the personnel from the previous stage. After confirming that the information is correct, proceed according to sections

8.3.4 of GB/T 28842-2021. Loading is required.

6.2.2 During drug transportation, the temperature monitoring system should update the temperature data at the measuring points at least every 1 minute, and automatically update it at least every 5 minutes. Record real-time temperature data once. When the monitored temperature value exceeds the specified range, it should be recorded at least once every 2 minutes.

6.2.3 Upon completion of transportation, the arrival time and temperature of the goods as recorded in Table 1 should be recorded and handed over to the next person in charge. Staff handover.

6.2.4 Temperature data of the client's medicines during transportation should be provided as required by the client.

6.3 Abnormal Information Recording

6.3.1 When abnormalities occur in temperature and humidity monitoring and recording equipment during the cold chain logistics of pharmaceuticals, other information in Table 1 should be recorded.

6.3.2 When any abnormalities occur in the cold chain of pharmaceuticals, other information in Table 1 should be recorded, and the client should be contacted promptly, according to the client's requirements. Process it.

7 Information Management

7.1 The service provider shall provide the basic information in Table 1 as agreed with the client, and may provide additional information in Table 2.

7.2 Traceability information should be retained for at least 5 years and no less than 1 year after the expiration date of the drug. Traceability information for vaccine cold chain logistics should be retained until the end of the vaccine production cycle. The seedlings shall be valid for no less than 5 years after their expiration date.

8 Traceability Implementation

8.1 The service provider shall respond to the client's traceability information request as agreed and immediately implement cold chain logistics traceability. The content of the traceability and its actual... The conditions for implementation should be specified in the service agreement.

8.2 The necessary circumstances for service providers to implement traceability include, but are not limited to.

a) When quality problems are discovered with medicines, traceability should be implemented promptly;

b) Submit relevant cold chain logistics traceability information to the client in accordance with the service agreement or the client's traceability requirements;

c) In the event of a drug safety incident or a public health emergency, the relevant authorities shall comply with the requirements.

8.3 When implementing traceability, the service provider shall provide traceability information to the client using any traceable information carrier, and shall also disclose the relevant traceability information. Information data is archived.

8.4 Relevant information on traceable events that have occurred should be recorded in a timely manner and be retrieved and accessed as needed.
