Scope
GB/T 46154-2025 is the English-translated version of 风力发电机组用电梯制造与安装安全规范.
GB/T 46154-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the service lift inside a wind turbine tower — the load cases and calculations, the shaft and landing safety devices, the base frame, guides and buffer, the car and its doors, the rack-and-pinion or climbing hoisting mechanism, the control and limiting devices, the fall arrester and overspeed device and the tests they must pass, and the evacuation and rescue guidance for a car stopped part way up the tower. Lifts on floating turbines, and the risks from lightning and explosive atmospheres, are outside the scope. First edition, in force from 1 March 2026. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 March 2026.
