1 Scope

This document establishes the cultivation procedure for Ganoderma lucidum, specifying the construction of production sites, preparation of spawn, cultivation methods, pest and disease control, and harvesting.

The instructions for operation during stages such as storage are described, along with the relevant verification methods.

This document applies to the artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum (a fungus belonging to the Ganodermaceae family) using log cultivation and substrate cultivation methods.
